# How to transfer from Medical aid to patient liable Liability

1.  From the **‘Account Details’** screen, click the **‘Invoices’** tab.

1.  Select the invoice you would like to transfer the amount for, then click the arrows that are in between **‘Medical Aid Liable’** and **‘Patient Liable’**.

1.  This will open up the **‘Transfer Liability**’ screen.

1.  Type in the amount to be transferred from the **‘Med Aid Liable’** column in the **‘Patient Liable’** column. 
2.  Add in the reason and then click **‘Save’**.
