Orientation of myMPS

Once you have logged into myMPS, you will arrive at the ‘Calendar‘ page. This will be your daily login landing page.
 


At the top of the page, the menu bar has 5 main headings:

Calendar

The ‘Calendar’ tab has the following functions: 

  • Manage the practice by booking appointments.
  • Keep track of walk-in patients.
  • Book out time when the doctor is away.
  • Accessible by the doctor to book out time.
  • Invoice indicator on appointments.
  • Automatic reminder SMS to patients before their appointment.
  • Check out, patients.
  • Healthbridge community patient search.

 Inbox 

The ‘Inbox’ tab has the following functions: 

  • One central place that will show all items that are awaiting action. 
  • Complete and send invoices. 
  • Manage claim responses. 
  • Collect balances. 
  • Reconciliation of remittances

 Accounts

 The ‘Account’ tab has the following functions: 

  • All the patient account details, membership details, dependants and contact information is managed from here. 
  • Full patient history. 
  • Search invoices to see what was submitted the previous day.
  • Add new patients by creating a new account. 
  • Capture paper remittances.

Admin

 The ‘Admin’ tab has the following functions: 

  • Manage practice details, eg: Practice information,
  • Branches, users and providers,
  • Network pricing contracts, 
  • Bulk SMS (if enabled),
  • Custom pricing settings, 
  • SnapScan (if enabled) 
  • All user and provider setup and information are accessed and updated from here.

 Reports 

The ‘Reports’ tab has the following functions:

  • Calendar reports. 
  • Reconciliation reports. 
  • Collections reports. 
  • Various financial reports are available. 
  • Bulk statements.
