How to transfer from Medical aid to patient liable Liability

1. From the ‘Account Details’ screen, click the ‘Invoices’ tab. 

1. Select the invoice you would like to transfer the amount for, then click the arrows that are in between ‘Medical Aid Liable’ and ‘Patient Liable’.

 

1. This will open up the ‘Transfer Liability’ screen.

1. Type in the amount to be transferred from the ‘Med Aid Liable’ column in the ‘Patient Liable’ column. 
2. Add in the reason and then click ‘Save’.
